Yup I am running out of things to eat, I defo need to do an online food shop ASAP. 

Although this dish is random it’s very tasty and umami-ish. The salty capers and feta go amazingly well with the rich tomatoes and sweet peppadew peppers 

We are trying to reduce the amount of meat we eat too so this is perfect mixed in to some mixed grains or quinoa

1 small jar of olives

1/2 block feta

250g vine ripened tomatoes 

6 peppadew peppers 

Olive oil

Garlic paste 

Salt 

Dried oregano 

All you need to do is bung everything into a roasting dish at 200 degrees centigrade and cook for an hour
