I mean you could go to the petrol station on Christmas Eve and do a sweep of the confectionary shelves for your last minute gifts. Or you could nip down to Tesco’s and grab a few ingredients to make these gorgeous choccies. I think they look like they are made by a professional chocolatiers myself!!!!!! 

I think if you melted the chocolate in a jug they may be a bit neater than mine.

I bought  a cute little tin which I am piling them up into with a bit of ribbon and taking them to my in-laws for a little hostess gift.

200g of dark chocolate 

A pinch of salt

30g of shelled pistachio nuts 

5 cut up Freeze dried raspberries

1 tablespoon finally chopped hazelnuts 

A sprinkle of edible stars 

Melt the chocolate in the microwave – checking after a minute and then continue on full power checking every 10 seconds 

Once melted add the pinch of salt.

Put grease proof paper on a few baking trays 

Then get a spoon or a jug and drop small circles a bit bigger than giant Cadbury buttons 

Sprinkle the ingredients on top, as much or as little as you like.

Leave to set for a couple of hours. At which point they will peel easily off the paper.
