It’s been a long time coming, lost my mojo for life a bit but I am getting it back. Along with many our 2020 has been filled with sadness, illness and loss BUT next year can only be better.
Easing myself into blogging gently!
I made my friend a Diwali cake for today. Wishing all Hindus out there a wonderful day,

All in one method – bung it into your stand mix or use a hand whisk and put it on high for 2.5 mins until fluffy.
Pour into 2 x 20cm round tins
