I love sticky food – does that sound weird – yes it does! Sweet, spicy, savoury  cauliflower is delicious. Even my kids whom aren’t the biggest fans of cauli happily munch away on it, although I hold back on the chilli for them. If I were to describe this it’s a little bit like the sticky ness from crispy chilli beef you order from the Chinese.  You can whip it up so quickly and bake for 40 mins.  Check out the recipe and give it a go.

1 large cauliflower

1 tablespoon of chopped garlic

3 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

1 teaspoon chilli

2 teaspoons soy sauce

3 tablespoon maple syrup

2 tablespoon tomato purée

2 teaspoons of cornflower

1 teaspoon of sesame seeds

Preheat oven to 180 degrees centigrade

Place on a baking tray and spread out so it has room to cook and not boil.

Bake for 40 mins

Serve with rice
