This is all a bit rough and more of an idea – imagine it as a scratch performance. Each time I make it, it will evolve and change, I will add certain things depending on what we have in and leave ingredients out….. You get the drift, feel free take the idea and do with it as you will x
700g COD loin
20 cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons of capers
1 can butter beans
1 can black eyed peas or just another can of butter beans
100 mls cream
Tablespoon of the frozen garlic
A few Parmesan shavings dotted all over
Teaspoon of Bouilion sprinkled all over the top
A Small glug of white wine
Basically it’s a tray bake! me a pie and for .
Lay fish on tray first and then arrange every thing on top sprinkle the parmesan shavings on top – Voila
Bake at 200°C for 25 mins
It should come out golden and bubbling
